When We Meet
Starting Sunday, May 31, 2020, we will begin meeting again together for worship at 10:00 a.m. at Bethel Fellowship Church. As always, attendance is optional. Come only if you feel comfortable doing so. There will not be any stigma for any who feel that it would be safer for them at home for now. We all understand and we all want the best for each other.
Please note the following concerning this transition to new meeting circumstances:
Please come only if you are healthy. If you have to cough or sneeze, please cover your face.
Wearing a mask is optional. If you need one they will be available on the sanitizing tables on each side of the entry when you enter the building.
Please be respectful of each person’s space … don’t crowd, maintaining at least six feet between yourself and others. This will be especially important when entering and exiting the building. If it makes you more comfortable you may use one of the other three exits on the west side of the building.
There will be no Sunday school, nursery, or adult fellowship time (we will continue adult breakfast and fellowship time in a few weeks after we see how things are going).
Please enter the church meeting area by coming through THE DOUBLE DOORS NEAREST THE KITCHEN. That is, the back two doors, not the usual front two doors.
We have extended the seating area of the meeting room. There is a row of black folding chairs between each of the regular padded church chairs. DO NOT SIT ON THE FOLDING CHAIRS. They are for spacing only.
In each row we must leave at least three empty chairs between each family group. A family group may be one, or whatever number your family is.
When choosing your seat, please start in the front and fill the back chairs last. This prevents unnecessary exposure of individuals to one another.
There will be an offering box or plate at the back of the church for offerings to be dropped into so we will not be passing a plate at this time.
